Raise the Steaks pairing

On 27 September at 7pm, HQ Restaurant will be hosting their 7^th Raise the Steaks Dinner, focusing their attention on rump, sirloin and fillet with the launch of The Big Three edition. Considering HQ’s famously simple menu consists only of their iconic salad, followed by quality steak and chips, this dinner is not one to be missed. Raise the Steaks is a food-and-wine-pairing experience like no other, where HQ invites a top local wine farm to pair their specialty wines with HQ’s 3-course menu – this
