Feel like channelling your inner Italian? Come and join our Pasta Making Workshop on the 8th and 9th of July 2017 and learn to cook like a proper Italian nonna.
Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Christiaan Campbell and his team, you will learn the subtle art of making fresh, filled, shaped and traditional types of pasta. All ingredients are, as ever at Boschendal, high quality and the freshest of fresh. As well as learning about the technical aspects of pasta, such as rolling and filling, you will become adept at creating incredible fillings and perfect sauces, without which no pasta is complete.
The weekend includes one night in Boschendal’s luxury Werf Cottages, so that you can enjoy the Saturday afternoon workshop then a decadent two-course dinner at the Werf Restaurant, before tucking up for the night in one of our gorgeous cottages. Sunday starts with a delicious breakfast in our Farm Deli, followed by the Sunday workshop and finishing up with light lunch. Great food, great company and learning a new skill — what more could a weekend offer?
Renowned chef Christiaan Campbell and his team produce fresh pasta daily for the several restaurants at Boschendal, and they look forward to sharing their skills with other passionate foodies.
