Boschendal Cellar Master and Red Wine Winemaker, Jacques Viljoen, narrates a journey through the vineyards and into the cellar for harvest 2021. We invest in premium from our home on the Boschendal Estate, under the Groot Drakenstein Mountain, to the cool climate region of the Elgin valley where our Highfield farm is situated. Our vision is to produce unique wines of individual character curating a signature elegance and finesse. To produce premium wines of unwavering, exceptional quality we have dedicated winemakers for Boschendal White Wine, Red Wine and our Cap Classique portfolio. Our state of the art cellar equipment, meticulous sorting methods and precision, small batch winemaking techniques maximise the expression of our excellent terroirs.
